Are you ready to grow your business this year?
I know I am. In this episode of Your Million Dollar Side Hustle, I’m sharing the number one thing that I’m going to be focusing on this year to triple my business in the next 12 months.
For the last three years, my business has consistently made about the same revenue. That means we’ve made over seven figures every year for the last three years, which is amazing, but the number hasn’t really grown.
Now, I do think about this as a really big win. I have had multiple things happen in that time including having two babies, taking maternity leave, a pandemic, major political events, etc. So the fact that my business has been consistent is something that I am happy about.
I found that I wasn’t focusing on something extremely important. I realized that this missing piece is one of the most important assets in my business, and I needed to prioritize it to really grow – and so should you!
