3.2 Analytics Technologies

We may use Google Analytics, Kajabi analytics, and similar tools to understand website traffic, usage, conversions, and performance.

We may use the Meta Pixel, Google Ads technologies, customer-list audiences, lookalike audiences, and similar tools to:

  • Measure advertising performance
  • Attribute purchases or registrations to advertisements
  • Deliver relevant advertising
  • Retarget visitors across websites and platforms

These activities may constitute "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a "sale" under certain state privacy laws, even when Advisori does not receive money for personal information.

3.4 Affiliate Technologies

Affiliate links and tracking technologies may record that you followed a referral link or completed a purchase. Advisori may receive a commission from the merchant if you purchase through an affiliate link.

3.5 Cookie Choices

You may manage nonessential cookies through the cookie settings or "Your Privacy Choices" link available on the website.

Where required by law, we honor recognized universal opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device sending the signal.

Browser "Do Not Track" signals do not have a uniform legal or technical standard. We do not separately respond to those signals unless required by law.

4. Advertising and Audience Matching

We may disclose identifiers, contact information, device information, commercial information, and online activity to Meta, Google, and other advertising providers for conversion measurement, audience matching, retargeting, and interest-based advertising.

For example, we may provide a hashed email address or telephone number to an advertising platform to create a customer audience or identify users with similar characteristics. Hashing does not necessarily make information anonymous.

You may opt out through:

  • The "Your Privacy Choices" link on our website
  • Our cookie settings
  • A supported Global Privacy Control signal
  • A request sent to [email protected]

7. Email and Text-Message Marketing

7.1 Email

We may send marketing emails when permitted by law. You may unsubscribe using the link included in a marketing email.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent transactional communications concerning purchases, subscriptions, accounts, security, or customer support.

7.2 Text Messages

If you separately consent, we may send marketing text messages using automated technology. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent by replying STOP or using another reasonable opt-out method described in the message.

Please do not submit government identification numbers, complete payment-card details, health information, biometric information, precise geolocation, or other sensitive information through communities, general forms, or support emails.

Where applicable law requires consent before processing sensitive personal information, we will request that consent separately.

11. Aggregated and Deidentified Information

We may aggregate or deidentify information and use it for analytics, benchmarking, security, product development, and business planning.

When we treat information as deidentified, we will take reasonable measures to prevent reidentification and will not attempt to reidentify it except as permitted by law to test our deidentification methods.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it.

13. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

14. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally sufficient parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
